Migration
Leave cPanel without taking sites offline.
Koapanel connects to the cPanel server over SSH, or reads the backup file, and brings everything to the new server.
How migration works- Sites, files and databases, with credentials rewritten in
wp-config.php - Mailboxes with all messages and the original password (from a full backup or over SSH as root)

Honestly
When cPanel is still the right choice.
- You need Apache with complex
.htaccessrules, LiteSpeed or CloudLinux: Koapanel runs nginx on Ubuntu 24.04. - You need classic FTP: Koapanel offers SFTP only, which is safer.
- You use WordPress multisite, which Koapanel does not support yet.
