Do prices include VAT?
No, listed prices exclude VAT: VAT, where due, is added to the price.
How do I receive the license?
After purchase you get a license code (it starts with PNL1.), also by email. In the panel open Plan and license, paste it and press Activate license: nothing needs restarting. From the panel you can also open the checkout with your server details prefilled.
Does one license cover several servers?
No: each license covers one server and is activated online on that server. If you move to a new server, write to us and we will move it.
Monthly or yearly?
Your choice. Yearly costs the same as 10 months: two months are free.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan?
Yes, at any time: buy the new plan and enter the new code. Your sites stay where they are.
What happens when it expires?
You get a 14-day grace period; then the Free plan limits apply. No site is deleted or switched off: only creating new sites beyond the limit is blocked. When you renew, the panel receives the updated code by itself.
What does "personal use" mean on the Free plan?
The Free plan is meant for your own personal websites, up to 3. Hosting customer sites or business use requires a paid plan.
I am a hosting provider: is there volume pricing?
Yes, wholesale licenses are available for providers installing Koapanel on many servers. Contact us.
