These terms govern the license to use the Koapanel software provided by [COMPANY NAME], VAT [VAT NUMBER], registered office [ADDRESS] ("Provider").
1. Subject
The Provider grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Koapanel software, for one server per license, for the purchased period (monthly or yearly), within the limits of the chosen plan (number of websites).
2. Free plan
The Free plan allows up to 3 websites on one server, for personal, non-commercial use only. [Any further conditions].
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website excluding VAT. [Payment methods, invoicing, renewal]. The yearly plan costs the same as 10 months.
4. Activation and use of the license
The license is activated online and bound to the server it was activated on. The panel periodically checks the license status. Moving it to another server is done through the Provider.
5. Expiry
On expiry the panel grants a 14-day grace period, then applies the Free plan limits without deleting data: existing sites keep running.
6. Updates and support
