The path
Watch the video, then open the demo and do the same thing: each step tells you where to click.
Step 1 · Migration
Bring sites, databases, cron jobs and mailboxes from the old server over SSH. In the video a full cPanel server moves in 53 seconds (simulated demo).
In the demo open Migration, choose “over SSH”, then look at the finished migration.
Step 2 · Migration
Over SSH as root the panel recognizes the CWP server, packs each chosen account (files, databases with their users, mail with the original passwords, cron jobs) and imports it. In the video three CWP accounts move over in a few minutes (simulated demo).
In the demo open Migration, choose “over SSH” and use an address that contains “cwp” (for example server.cwp-old.com, user root).
Step 3 · Backups
Encrypted, incremental backups of files, databases, mail and site settings, every day, to S3, SFTP, FTP, Google Drive or a local folder. Restore only what you need, even a single mailbox, and download any backup as one archive.
In the demo open a site › Backups, press “Back up now”, then “Restore” and look at the choices.
Step 4 · Server › Isolation & limits
CPU, memory, processes, disk, concurrent PHP requests and database connections for every account, with a separate PHP. A site that overdoes it slows down only its own account.
In the demo open Server › Isolation & limits and look at the limits per package.
Step 5 · Antimalware
Checks site files as they are written, quarantines certain threats and alerts on the others. Works with heuristic rules and ClamAV.
In the demo open Antimalware: state, policy and recent detections.
Step 6 · WordPress
Three cache levels already configured: nginx page cache, a private Redis per site and OPcache. Safe updates with backup and automatic rollback.
In the demo open WordPress and press “Measure speed”.
Step 7 · Server › Security
Firewall with rules, automatic blocking of repeated sign-in attempts and a required second sign-in step per role.
