What it does
The whole service lifecycle.
Automatic creation
When the order is paid the account is created, with the product's package or the limits you choose (sites, disk, databases, mailboxes), also as configurable options for the customer.
Suspension and unsuspension
Driven by the invoice: sites show the "suspended" page and come back as soon as the customer pays.
Upgrades, downgrades, termination
Package changes in one click; when the service ends the account and its sites are removed. Disk usage is updated daily in WHMCS.
One click to get in
From the WHMCS client area the customer enters the panel without a password (one-time link, 60 seconds), with direct links to Files, WordPress, Email and Databases. You too, from the admin area.
Resellers included
Sell reseller accounts with their quota. A reseller can connect its own WHMCS with its own key: it sees only its clients and packages.
Secure by design
Personal API keys shown once, 300 requests per minute, every operation in the Activity log, idempotent creation (no duplicates), keys never in the module log.
Three steps
From download to first order.
Create an API key
In the panel: API keys › Create key. It is shown once: copy it.
Install the module in WHMCS
Extract the zip in the WHMCS folder, add the Koapanel server (port 8443, SSL, password = the key) and press Test Connection.
Create products
Pick the Koapanel module and a panel package, or the limits. From then on WHMCS does the rest.
Coming from cPanel?
Keep WHMCS, invoices and customers as they are: you only change the services' server and move the accounts with Koapanel's migration, mailboxes included.

How much does the module cost?
Nothing: it's free and included in every Koapanel plan, the Free one too.
Which WHMCS versions are supported?
WHMCS 8.x and 9.x with PHP 8.1 or later, and Koapanel 0.21 or later.
Can I use it with several Koapanel servers?
Yes: each Koapanel server is added to WHMCS as its own server, with its own API key, and products are assigned to the server group.
What if WHMCS repeats an order?
No duplicates: creation is idempotent, the existing account is recognised.
