Getting started

The panel lets you manage your web server from the browser: publish sites, turn on HTTPS, create databases, upload files and make backups, without typing commands.

Logging in

Open the panel address you got from whoever installed the server (it usually ends with :8443) and log in with your username and password.

After too many wrong attempts, login is blocked for a few minutes: it protects against anyone trying to guess the password. Wait and try again.

How the panel is organised

What you see depends on your role, shown at the top of the menu (Admin, Reseller or User):

• Administrator: the Overview with all accounts, resellers, packages, server status, security, system emails and updates. Sees and manages everything.
• Reseller: their own clients, packages and brand. Sees only their clients' sites.
• User: a home page with a tool search (type “backup”, “php”, “database password”…) and their own sites, files, databases and backups.

On the phone the menu is at the bottom; the less used sections are under More.

Your account

On the Your account page you can change your password, choose the language of the panel and enter your email address: you need it to receive the notice when the password of your account is changed.

When you change the password, the panel closes the sessions open on other devices.

Long operations

Some operations, such as requesting an HTTPS certificate, making a backup or a restore, take time. The panel runs them in the background, so you can keep working: the progress appears on the page you started them from (administrators find every operation in Jobs).
