Resellers

A reseller is, for example, a web agency reselling hosting to its clients.

Creating a reseller (administrator)

From Resellers press New reseller and set the quota:

• maximum accounts: how many clients they can create;
• assignable space: the sum of the space of their clients' packages;
• maximum sites: the sites of all their clients together.

The value 0 means unlimited. Reducing the quota does not touch existing clients: it only prevents creating new ones.

What the reseller does

• Creates their own packages and clients, suspends, reactivates and deletes them.
• Sees only the sites, databases and activity of their clients; does not see the server, security, system emails, linked servers, PHP versions or other resellers.
• Can log in as one of their clients to help them.

The brand

From the Brand page the reseller sets the name, the logo (PNG or SVG, at most 256 KB) and the support contacts. Their clients see that name and logo in the panel, the contacts in the “Support” box, and the emails they receive also carry the reseller's name. The login page stays neutral: the brand appears after logging in.

Upgrade for clients

Also in Brand you can set the upgrade link: the page of your shop where clients buy a bigger package. On your clients' home page the Upgrade your package button appears and opens that link. If you leave it empty, clients see Contact with your support email. Your clients never see the panel's plans or purchase page.
