All servers and quick search

If you linked other Koapanel servers (Linked servers), the All servers page shows the sites of this panel and of every linked server in one list. Open it from the server menu under the logo, item All servers. It is for administrators only.

What you see

For every site: domain, server, owner account, PHP version, WordPress (with its version), SSL certificate with its expiry, disk space, status (online or suspended) and date of the last backup.

At the top there is a box per server with its number of sites: click it to see only that server. A server that does not answer within 8 seconds is marked unreachable and its sites are not listed, but the rest of the list works normally. A server running an older Koapanel shows partial data (no SSL, disk or backup): update it to see them.

The data is kept for 30 seconds; Refresh asks every server again at once.

Search and filters

  • the search box finds domains and owners;
  • filters: status (online, suspended), WordPress yes/no, SSL expiring within 21 days or without SSL;
  • click a column header to sort (click again to reverse);
  • 50 sites per page, with Previous and Next.

Actions

  • Visit opens the site;
  • More: site details, file manager, wp-admin (one-click login), phpMyAdmin, Suspend or Unsuspend.

For a site on another server, the details and the file manager open directly on that server with the automatic login (the same as the server menu). Suspending a site on another server needs Koapanel 0.24 or later there.

Quick search (Ctrl+K)

From any page press Ctrl+K (on Mac Cmd+K) and type part of a domain: administrators search every linked server, other users their own sites. Use the arrows to choose, Enter to open the site, Esc to close.
